 Launched in the early seventies, exactly in 1972, Pan Arab Travel (PAT) was founded by Sheikha Anwar Mohammed Al-Jaber Al-Sabah.
Over the years, Pan Arab Travel(PAT) has made great strides in the travel and tourism industry particularly in Kuwait. PAT’s affiliation with the regulators right from inception, helped facilitate many travel tasks, securing of GSA rights being one among them. In the pursuit to identify new directions and major diversifications of its business portfolio, PAT succeeded in garnering many rewarding business relationships with a number of international airlines. In 1976,PAT was appointed as a GSA for Olympics airways as an on-line carrier to start its operations direct from Kuwait. To broaden its activities in the Indian Ocean, PAT acquired Air Seychelles as Off-line GSA in 1993. The expertise of PAT in Airlines business prompted to expand into the rest of the GCC area, resulting in Oman Air selecting us to be its GSA in 1994 as an on-line carrier. A year later, South African Airlines, witnessing the development that PAT accomplished, proudly chose us to be its off-line GSA in 1995. |
